
Steve Graves is a lifetime resident of Northwest Georgia with a forty-year affiliation to Rome. He has over thirty years of sales experience. Steve has been a realtor since 1994, and an Associate Broker since 2007. He has distinguished himself as a Top Producer by being Hardy's Agent of the Year for 16 of those years. Steve was also named "Realtor of the Year" by the Greater Rome Board of Realtors in 2024.
In April of 2021, Steve was sworn in by Governer Brian Kemp, to serve on the Georgia Real Estate Commission. In January of 2024, Steve was elected to serve as Vice Chariman of the Commission.
Prior to becoming a Realtor, Steve served in the Marine Corps where he learned how to make things happen. He also learned to never give up until you have exhausted all means available. This has served him well in meeting the needs of his clients.
Steve, his wife Carrie, and two boys, Ben and Caden are very active in their Church, the North Rome Church of God, and the Armuchee Community. Steve is a member of the Greater Rome Chamber of Commerce, Greater Rome Board of Realtors, Armuchee Ruritan Club, and is on the Board of Directors for the Floyd County College and Career Academy. Being involved in the Community has allowed Steve to truly understand the needs of his clients.
